摘要 为了探索辐照技术在蓝莓保鲜上应用的可行性,为蓝莓的贮藏保鲜提供安全、简便、快捷的技术支撑,分别采用6个不同辐照剂量对贵州麻江蓝莓基地的蓝莓产品进行处理,研究其对蓝莓冷藏保鲜效果的影响。结果表明:①当辐照剂量为0.3~2.0kGy时,其辐照蓝莓的感官品质改变不明显,与对照基本一致。②当对蓝莓的辐照处理剂量为1.5 kGy时,蓝莓的有效冷藏期可达60~70 d,比对照延长30~40 d。 To explore the use of irradiation technology on bluebeny preservation,and to provide a secure,simple,and rapid storage option,six different doses of 60Co-γwere applied on blueberries from project site in Mangjiang Guizhou to test their cold storage effects,sensory evaluation study results showed that there was no significant difference between control and treatment (0.3-2.0 kGy),which indicated the appropriateness of irradiation dose.Integrated evaluation results of blueberries on water evaporation rate,good-fruit rate,anthocyanidin content,SOD activity and other criteria showed that the storage duration of treatment samples (1.5 kGy) ranged from 60 to 70 days,which was 30-40 days longer than the control.
