摘要
利用多效唑(PP333)能矮化植株、提高植物抗性的功能,研究其对簕杜鹃(Bougainvillea)生长及耐旱性的影响,为解决株型调控、提高簕杜鹃耐旱性提供依据。本文通过对簕杜鹃叶面积、叶片长宽比等7项指标进行检测,对植株光合作用、质膜相对透性、丙二醛含量、萎蔫时间、落叶时间等进行了研究。结果表明,PP333处理能有效延缓簕杜鹃的生长速率,达到株型调控的目的;PP333处理可提高植株的耐旱性,这与处理后植株中渗透性物质和抗氧化物质的含量增加相关。以上结果表明,PP333可以有效调控簕杜鹃株型,提高簕杜鹃耐旱性,减少人工养护成本。
Using the functions of PP333 in reducing plant height and increasing stress resistance,the effects of PP333 on the growth and drought resistance of two species of Bougainvillea were studied,which would provide a valuable reference for morphology controlling and drought-resistant regulation.In this paper,the seven indexes of Bougainvillea,like the leaf area,leaf length and width ratio and so on,were measured,meanwhile,the photosynthesis,relative plasm membrane permeability,MDA content,time of wilting and defoliation of Bougainvillea were investigated.The result showed that the growth of Bougainvillea was apparently retarded by PP333,and the purpose of morphological controlling was achieved.the drought tolerance of Bougainvillea was significantly improved by PP333,which was related to increase contents of antioxidants in PP333-treated Bougainvilla All the results indicated that PP333 was effective in controlling the morphology and increasing the drought tolerance of Bougainvillea and could be utilized to save the labor costs.
