摘要
本文利用系统分析原理和SD方法,构造了湖南省专门人才和经济协调发展模型。通过对模型的灵敏度分析,提出了三个特征明显的方案,供决策参考。
In the paper there are the application of the theory of system analysis and the way of system dynamics, the construction of the coordinative developing model of economic and skilled-manpower of HUNAN province. Through sensitivity analysis to the model, three representative plans are made for decisions.
