摘要 在临床治疗中,导尿管需要或长期或短期与机体组织接触,每次插入或拔出组织时,病人会有不同程度的灼烧疼痛感,易引起相应的粘膜损伤,甚至组织发炎。这主要由于导尿管表面材质与肌体组织的摩擦系数较大。本文介绍了几种导尿管表面润滑性处理方法,通过摩擦系数测试对各种方法进行了验证,认为PVP涂覆的润滑效果最佳,稳定持久,适合临床使用。 In process of clinical treatment, the catheter contacts with the tissues of organism for a short term or long term. The patient may feel the burning pain when the catheter is inserted or pul ed out from the tissues, which may cause damage to the mucous membrane or even tissue inflammation. The cause for those problems is the high coefficient of friction between the catheter surface and the tissues. This article is to introduce the lubrication processing methods and coefficient of friction test of the catheter surface. Through the processing and COF test, it could be concluded that the PVP coating has excellent and stable performance in lubrication of catheter surface which is suitable for clinical applications.
