摘要 目的:通过比较经模拟湿热环境训练的实验组和部队日常训练的对照组的反应时,证明本训法有重要的创新意义和推广价值。方法:挑选长跑成绩近似的60名男性学员一一配对。实验组经模拟湿热环境下训练,对照组经部队进行日常训练。最后在统一场地、统一着装、统一考核,从而评定训练效果。结果:实验组在提高神经反应速度上好于对照组。结论:该训法在减少人体因在湿热环境下导致神经反应速度变慢的影响方面,具有重要的军事推广意义。 Aim: Aim: To Compare mental speed of subjects after training in hot- humid environment to daily drills; Methods: 60 subjects were chosen from 482 male students and then paired. Subjects in experimental group trained in hot - humid environment, while subjects in control group held their daily drills. Neuramebimeter was used for detection; Results: Mental speed of subjects in experimental group was better than that in control group. Conclusion: The result indicates that training in hot - humid environment is worth widespread in military for its promotion of decreasing mental speed.
