《伤寒论》厥阴与脾胃关系之探析

Analysis of relation between Jueyin of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and spleen-stomach

厥阴与脾胃关系密切。脾胃的状态如何,尤其其气化与枢转功能如何对厥阴中阳气(相火)的生发及阳气出、入于阴的枢转运行有着重要的影响;而同时厥阴"阴枢"转阳出阴的疏泄之力及厥阴相火对脾胃中枢的枢转运行及脾胃阳气也起到了支持的作用,有辅助脾胃气机枢转,激发、温煦脾胃阳气的功能;因此脾胃虚弱可致厥阴病发,而厥阴病发又可反作用于脾胃,脾胃更虚则厥阴病更甚,二者互为影响,循环往复。

Jueyin and spleen-stomach have a close relation. The condition of spleen-stomach, especially the state of whose qi＇s transfomation and pivotal function has a significant influence on the development of Yang-qi （Xianghuo） in the Jueyin, as well as the pivot＇s working that yang-qi comes out and invades into yin. At the same time, however, the catharsis＇ power that turns yang from yin in the ＇yin pivot＇ of Jueyin, and the impact of Xianghuo of Jueyin on the development of the pivotal function of the pivot as well as the yang-qi of spleen-stomach plays a supporting role, which has the functions of the pivotal movement of qi in spleen-stomach and stimulating and warming up the yang-qi of spleen-stomach. Therefore, the sickness of spleen-stomach in the Jueyin incurs the disease of Jueyin, which reacts up on the spleen-stomach. Spleen-stomach would be weaker, so is the Jueyin. Thus, both act on each one mutually and circularly.
