摘要
春为万物之更始,四季之开端,在顺应四时自然变化进行脏腑调养的理论中,春季养生尤为重要,犹如房屋筑基。春季阳气萌动,升发的阳气对全年的养生活动起着至关重要的作用,人体在经过夏长、秋收、冬藏3个季节后,体内已积蓄较多元气,春作为四季之首,只有推陈出新、畅发生机,才能保证一年的良好精神状态。春季养生必须掌握春令之气升发舒畅的特点,保护体内的阳气,使之不断充沛、旺盛,凡有耗伤阳气及阻碍阳气的行为皆应避免。文章从起居有常,调情怡性,饮食有节,劳作有度,惜精节欲等方面,结合春季的特点,根据天人相应理论,探讨中医春季养生的原则。
Spring serves as a new beginning of the renewal of all things. Health preservation in spring plays a vital role in the theory of regulating visceral manifestation according to seasonal changes, just like the foundation of constructions. In spring, yang germinates and the ascending yang is significant to the health preservation for the whole year. After the growth in summer, the accumulation in autumn and the storage in winter, the primary qi in the body accumulates gradually. In the first season of a year, we should push out the old and nourish the new energy in our bodies to ensure that we can have a good mental state. For the health preservation in spring, we should follow the characteristics of uplifting and regulating and avoid harmful behaviors for the yang qi to protect the yang qi in our bodies, which continuously makes the qi abundant and exuberant. This paper discussed the principles of health preserving in spring from points of regulating dally life and emotions, keeping balance diet, as well as avoiding overstrain physically and sexually, combining with the characteristics of spring and theory of correspondence between human and nature.
