摘要
树突状细胞(DC)是在过敏反应免疫效应阶段之前,维持免疫平衡"亚稳态"的重要细胞机制。文章根据现代免疫学关于DC的研究,结合中医体质学"生命过程论"、"禀赋遗传论"、"环境制约论"等基本原理,以及调体防病的理念,阐述以DC成熟机制及其表观遗传调节为切入点来研究过敏体质微观机制的可行性及意义。如果这一机制得以揭示,对于从体质角度防治过敏性疾病发生有着一定的临床指导意义。
Dendritic cells play an important role in the activation of allergic reaction, and it is the cellular mechanism of maintaining the 'immune sub-steady'. In this paper, the dendritic cells maturation and epigenetic regulation were regarded as the cutpoints of studying the micro-mechanism of allergic constitution based on the fundamental principle of constituionology of Chinese medicine and modem research about the theory of 'Life process', 'natural endowment heredity' and 'environmental constraint' and et al. If this mechanism is revealed, it can give certain guidance to prevent and treat allergic diseases from the perspective of TCM constitution.
