荨蓬膏抗炎作用的实验研究

Experiment on anti-infl ammatory effects of Qianpeng Paste

目的:观察荨蓬膏外用的抗炎作用。方法:60只SPF级昆明种成年小鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为模型组,基质组,阳性药对照组,荨蓬膏高、中、低剂量组,每组10只,通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验,观察荨蓬膏对炎症的影响。结果:4个药物组小鼠耳廓肿胀度与模型组、基质组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);肿胀抑制率中剂量组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:荨蓬膏具有明显的抗炎作用。

Objective： To observe topical anti-inflammatory effects of Qianpeng Paste. Methods： 60 SPF Kunming Adult mice, half male and half female, were randomly divided into six groups： model group, Matrix group, positive medicine control group, Qian Peng Paste high, medium and low dose groups, 10 in each group. Through the xylene induced mice auricle swelling experiment, we observed the influence of Qianpeng Paste to inflammation. Results： Compared with the model group and the matrix group, 4 mice auricle swelling degree of Qianpeng Paste groups were different, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）; Swelling inhibition rate of the medium dose Qianpeng Paste group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Qianpeng Paste has obvious anti-inflammatory effects.
