癌症患者及家属对疾病相关信息告知态度的调查

Investigation on the Cancer Patients' and Their Families' Attitudes Toward Cancer-related Information Disclosure

为了解患者及家属对于告知患者癌症病情及相关信息的态度,采用自行设计的调查问卷对患有常见癌症的患者及其家属进行调查。大部分患者希望医生完全告知自己的病情,他们主要认为了解病情对治疗有帮助、有利于心理安定、有助于对今后生活的预先安排,而患者家属主要因担心告知病情会导致患者心理崩溃而希望部分告知病情。患者和其家属对病情的告知态度存在明显差异,医务人员有必要充分了解患者方面的知情需求,恰当、合理、准确地优化临床实践。

To investigate their attitudes toward cancer-related information disclosure, a self-designed questionnaire was adopt in the patients with common cancers and their families. Most of patients hope doctors can fully inform them of their condition, the reasons include patients believe it is helpful for treatment, psychological stability and future life arrangements in advance. However, their families don^t agree with full disclosure due to concerns about mental collapse. There is significant difference between patients and their families on the attitude toward information disclosure. It is necessary for medical staff to fully understand the information requirements of patients and optimize clinical practice appropriately, reasonably and accurately.
