中西医结合治疗肺心病急性发作期60例

Management of Occurrence of Pulmonary Heart Disease with Integrated TCM and WM,a Report of 60 Cases

采用十全大补汤和牵正散加减配合西药抗感染及对症支持疗法治疗肺心病急性发作期患者 6 0例 ,并与单纯采用西药治疗 30例作对照。结果 :治疗组显效 30例 ,好转 2 8例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 96 .6 7% ;对照组显效 11例 ,好转 10例 ,无效 9例 ,总有效率为 70 .0 0 %。两组有效率比较 ,差异显著 (t=2 .0 3,P<0 .0 5 )

Sixty cases of pulmonary heart disease were treated with Shiquan Dabu Decoction(十全大补汤),Modified Qianzheng Powder(加减牵正散)compounded with anti infective drugs.30 cases of patients treated only with WM were set up as the control group.Result:In the treatment group 30 cases were remarkedly effective,28 cases were effective,2 cases had no effect,the total effective rate was 96.67%.In the contrl group 11 cases were remarkedly effective,10 cases were effective,9 cases had no effect,the total effective rate was 70.00%.The difference between two groups was significant(t=2.03,P<0 05).
