中西医结合治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭30例

Management of Pulmonary Heart Disease complicated with Heart Failure with Combined TCM and WM,a Report of 30 Cases

采用西医常规方法配合中药丹参粉针剂、黄芪注射液治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭 30例 ,并与单纯西药治疗 30例作对照。结果 :治疗组显效 18例 ,有效 9例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率为 90 .0 % ;对照组显效 10例 ,有效 11例 ,无效 9例 ,总有效率为70 .0 %。两组总有效率比较 ,差异显著 (u=2 .15 ,P<0 .0 5 )

Thirty cases of chroic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure were treated with WM routine,Danshen Injection(丹参注射液) and Huangqi Injection(黄芪注射液).30 cases treated only with WM routine were set up as the control group.Result:In the treatment group 18 cases remarkedly effective,9 were effective,3 were ineffective and the total effective rate was 90.0%.In the control group 10 cases remarkedly effective,11 were effective,9 were ineffective and the total effective rate was 70.0%.The difference between the total effective rate of two groups was significant (u=2 15,P<0 05).
