嗅鞘细胞不同移植方法修复脊髓损伤的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨嗅鞘细胞(OECs)不同的移植方法治疗对脊髓损伤修复的影响。方法我们应用改良Allen法制备大鼠T10脊髓损伤模型,随机分为4组,损伤后即刻进行移植:局部移植组(A组)、蛛网膜下腔移植组(B组)、静脉移植组(C组)、对照组(D组)。术后不同时段行CBS功能评分及组织学检查,观察脊髓神经功能修复情况。结果A组、B组、C组脊髓神经功能恢复和组织学改变明显好于D组(P<0.05);A、B、C三组间无显著差别,(P>0.05)。结论急性期嗅鞘细胞不同的移植方法对大鼠损伤脊髓的功能恢复有一定的促进作用,不同移植方法之间无明显差异。 Objective To study the effects of different ways of olfactory ensheathing cells (OECs) transplantation for spinal cord injury. Methods Modified Alien methods were used to establish rat models with T10 spinal cord injury, which were randomly divided into four groups and received prompt OECs transplantation: group A ( receiving local transplantation), group B (receiving subarachnoid transplantation), group C (receiving transplantation through tall veins), group D (control group). Combined behavioral scores (CBS) and histological changes were used to evaluate the functional recovery of spinal cord injury at the different phases after operation. Results Compared with group D, the function and histological changes were significantly improved in group A, group B and group C, whereas there was no significant difference between group A, group B and group C. Conclusions Different ways of OECs transplantation are effective for improving ihe function of acute injured spinal cord in rats, but no significant difference is found between the three groups.
