氟康唑联合复合B族维生素治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on fluconazole combined with B - complex vitamins for recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis

目的探讨氟康唑联合复合B族维生素治疗复发性假丝酵母菌性阴道炎(recurrent vulvovaginal candidosis,RVVC)的临床疗效。方法采用对照研究方法,将我中心2011年3月-2012年12月收治的100例RVVC患者随机分为两组。治疗组第1、4、7天,口服氟康唑150mg各1次,后氟康唑150mg 1次/每周,×3月;后改服氟康唑150mg,1次/月(经后)×3月,配合服用复合B族维生素20 mg,3次/日×7天;后改服复合B族维生素20 mg,1次/日×6月。对照组给予氟康唑服用方法与观察组相同,但不服用复合B族维生素。观察两组治疗1月、3个月、6个月后的疗效及复发率。结果治疗组治愈率分别为100%、96%、92%;对照组治愈率分别为96%、84%、80%。治疗组复发率分别为0、4%、8%,对照组复发率分别为4%、16.0%、20%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的疗效高于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟康唑联合复合B族维生素治疗RVVC疗效确切,复发率低,不良反应少,是一种治疗RVVC的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fluconazole and B - complex vitamins in treating recurrent candida vaglnitis（RVVC）. Methods In a control study, 100 cases of RVVC treated in our center from March 2011 to December 2012 were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group received oral flueonazole on dl, d4 and dT, 150mg, once daily, and later 150mg once weekly for three months and then 150rag （after menstruation） once monthly for three months, together with B - complex yitamlns, 20mg three times daily for seven days and then 20rag once daily for six months. Control group received oral tluconazole the same way with treatment group, but without B - complex vitamins. Both groups were compared for clinical effcacy and recurrence rate one month, three months and six months after treatment. Resuits The curative rate was 100%, 96%, 92% in treatment group, and 96%, 84%, 80% in control group. The recurrence rate was 0, 4%, 8% in treatment group, and 4% ,16%, 20% in control group, which showed significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The clinical efficacy was higher in treatment group than in control group, the relapse rate was lower in treatment group than in control group, and the difference was statistically significant between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusions Flucenazole combined with B - complex vitamins for recurrent candida vulvovaginitis is of potent effcacy, low recurrence rate, less adverse reactions, which is an effective method for RVVC.
