2008—2012年淄博市张店区马尚镇入托入学儿童接种证查验情况调查

On inspection of vaccination certificate among nursery and school- aged children in Mashang town,Zhangdian District,Zibo City in 2008- 2012.

目的了解2008—2012年淄博市张店区马尚镇入托入学接种证查验情况,为做好免疫规划管理提供依据。方法收集2008—2012年入托入学儿童预防接种证现场查验相关资料,采用Excel、SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。结果共查验本地入托儿童8023名,持证率98.99%,持卡率95.26%,外地入托儿童670名,持证率94.18%,持卡率89.85%。查验本地入学儿童6591名,持证率94.10%,持卡率91.62%,外地入学儿童735名,持证率90.34%,持卡率87.35%。结论加强儿童家长免疫规划知识教育,提高长期保存接种证、接种卡意识,及时、全程接种疫苗。

Objective To understand the inspection of vaccination certificate among nursery and school -aged children＇ s in Mashang town, Zhangdian District, Zibe city from 2008 to 2012 and to provide the basis for immunization program and managing. Methods Data on on - site inspection of vaccination certificate among nursery and school - aged children from 2008 to 2012 were collected and analyzed statistically with Excel and SPSS19.0. Results A total of 8,023 local nursery children received inspection, the certificate -held rate was 98.99% and the card -held rate was 95. 26%. A total of 670 migrant nursery children were inspected, with a certificate- held rate of 94.18% and a card -held rate of 89.85%. A total of 6 591 local school -aged children were inspected, with a certificate -held rate of 94.10% and a card -held rate of 91.62%; 735 migrant school -aged children were inspected, with a certificate -held rate ofg0.34% and a card -held rate of 87.35%. Local nursery children had a higher certificate -held rate, card-held rate, vaccination coverage rate of EPI than migrant nursery children each year, showing statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistically significant difference in certificate- held rate, card- held rate and vaccination coverage rate of EPI between local and migrant school - aged children （ P 〉 0.05）. Local nursery children had a higher certificate - held rate, card -held rate and vaccination coverage rate of DPT, MV and MEN than school -aged children, which showed statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions More education on immunization should be given to parents, so that their awareness of long - term preservation of vaccination certificates and immunization cards may be improved, and their children may have timely vaccination.
