慢性消化病患者肠粘膜屏障功能障碍与肠道微生态失衡的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨慢性消化病患者肠粘膜屏障功能障碍(IBF)与肠道微生态失衡的关系。方法选取山东省淄博市妇幼保健院收治的80例慢性消化病患者,将其分为肝硬化腹水组、肝癌组、肿瘤组、对照组,各为20例。分析其大便菌群,尿PEG-600测定检测IBF,尿样测定等。结果尿PEG-600测定检测IBF的方法具有稳定性和可靠性。三组慢性消化病患者的尿PEG-600的含量比对照组要高(P<0.05),肠壁通透性增加。三组慢性疾病患者的大便菌群出现不同程度的失调,而对照组无便菌群失调。结论慢性消化病患者肠粘膜屏障功能障碍的检测,必须兼顾肠壁通透性和肠道微生态失衡两个方面。这样可以为临床工作提供更好的服务。
