摘要
目的 观察金箔防止屈肌腱粘连的效果。方法 鸡趾屈肌腱横断修复、金箔包裹 ,不同时间取材。通过生物力学、大体观察、组织学及电镜检查 ,观测肌腱愈合情况、屈趾功能及假鞘结构。结果 金箔组肌腱的屈趾功能明显优于单纯肌腱修复组 ,肌腱为内源性愈合 ,并形成具有正常滑膜A、B型细胞的假鞘结构 ,与肌腱间有间隙。结论 金箔通过刺激周围组织形成假鞘 ,阻止了来自腱周的粘连 ,且不影响肌腱正常愈合 。
Objective To observe the effect of gold foil in prevention of flexor tendon adhesion.Methods We took the hens lacerated tendons as model.The specimens were taken postoperatively at different time for biomechanical,gross,histological and ultrastructual examinations.Results Tendon healing in gold foil group was intrinsic healing and pesudosheath,which had synovial A,B cells,was formed around the injured tendon.There was a gap between pesudosheath and tendon.Conclusion Gold foil can prevent adhesions through pesudosheath formed by stimulating surrounding tissues and does not affect the normal healing process of the tendon,and thereby is an ideal anti adhesion material.
