摘要
以商陆茎段为外植体,研究其离体培养再生途径。结果表明,MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L适合丛生芽诱导,诱导率达100%;MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.02 mg/L适合继代增值培养;1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L适合生根诱导,诱导率为86.7%;组培苗移栽成活率达100%。
The stems with bugs of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb as explants were cultured on MS basal medium. The results showed that MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + IBA 0.05 mg/L are suitable for inducing adventitious bugs, the induced rate reaches 100%. The perfect medium for adventitious shoot proliferation is the MS medium MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + IBA 0.02 mg/L. 1/2 MS + IBA 0.5 mg/L is the best suitable medium for inducing roots and the induced rate reaches 86.7%. When the regenerated plantlets transferred to an open field grow, the survival rate reaches 100% and showed excellented growth.
