硒浸种对沙棘种子活力及萌发期几种酶活性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以沙棘种子为研究材料.共设置了6个硒浓度(0 mg/L、5 mg/L、10 mg/L、15 mg/L、20 mg/L、25 mg/L),测定了沙棘种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数,幼苗过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和淀粉酶活性.旨在探讨沙棘种子萌发生长的最适硒浓度.结果表明:随着硒浓度的增加,沙棘种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数均呈先升高后降低的趋势.硒浓度在0~15 mg/L范围内时,沙棘种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数明显高于对照实验组.硒浓度高于15 mg/L后,沙棘种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数均低于对照实验组.最适合沙棘种子萌发的硒浓度为15 mg/L.相关酶活性的测定表明,沙棘幼苗过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、淀粉酶活力随硒浓度的增加呈规律性变化.硒浓度在10 mg/L时,沙棘幼苗过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、淀粉酶的活力最高. This research is about the seabuckthom seed. Six kinds of Se concentrations (that is 0 mg/L, 5 mg/L,10 mg/L,15 mg/L,20 mg/L,25 mg/L) are placed to test the germination rate,the germination index and the vitality index of the seabuckthorn seed. It also tests the peroxidase, the catalase and the diastase activity of the seabuckthorn seedlings. It aims to find out the best Se concentration for the seabuckthorn seed to germinate. The research showes that with the increasing of the Se concentration, each of numbers about the germination rate, the germination index and the vitality index of the seabuckthorn seed increase first, and then decrease. When the Se concentration is between 0 mg/L to 15 mg/L, the germination rate, the germination index and the vitality index of the seabuckthorn seed are all higher than that in the control batch. When the Se concentration is over 15 mg/L, the numbers are lower than that in the control batch. So the best concentration is 15 mg/L. According to the analysis of the enzyme activity, the peroxidase, the catalase and the diastase activity of the seabuckthorn concentration is 10 mg/L, seabuckthorn seedlings are seedlings change regularly with the increasing of the Se concentration.
