摘要
目的旨在对参麦注射液与多种临床常用注射液进行配伍之后稳定性的观察与探讨,为临床合理用药进一步提供可靠的依据。方法通过利用参麦注射液与6种临床常用药进行配伍,在配伍0、3、6 h时,分别对其含量、不溶性微粒、pH值、性状、可见异物等项目进行检测;其中配伍0 h时,为对照组;并对相关数据加以统计分析。结果参麦注射液与以上6种临床常用药进行配伍之后,其稳定性与对照组相一致。结论参麦注射液在说明书中用量、用法规定下,分别与奥硝唑氯化钠注射液、果糖注射液、盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液、注射用奥美拉唑钠、注射用脑蛋白水解物、注射用盐酸克林霉素进行配伍,6 h内的稳定性良好,可安全使用。
Objective To observe and investigate the stability of Shenmai injection combined with a variety of clinical common injections, so as to provide a reliable basis for clinical rational drug application. Methods The Shenmai injection was combined with 6 kinds of drugs commonly used in clinical. The content, insoluble material, pH value, characters, visible foreign matter and so on of the combinations were detect after 0, 3, 6 h. The compatibility of 0 h was the control group. The relevant data were statistically analyzed. Results After Shenmai injections were combined with more than 6 kinds of commonly used clinical drugs, the stability of the combinations were consistent with that of the controls. Conclusion When Shenmai injections were combined with ornidazole and sodium chloride injection, fructose injection, Levofloxacin Hydrochlorideand sodium chloride injection, Omeprazole sodium for injection, Cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection, clindamycin hydrochloride for injection respectively in accordance with its drug instructions. The stability of the combinations within 6 h is good, and can be safely used.
