抗癌药膏系统辨证应用穴位贴敷治疗中晚期肺癌临床观察

Clinical Effect of Systematically Dialectical Therapy of Chinese Drugs at Acupoint on Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer

目的观察抗癌药膏系统辨证应用穴位贴敷治疗中晚期肺癌的疗效。方法 64例患者随机分为2组,治疗组和对照组,治疗组32例,对照组32例。治疗组在对症及营养支持治疗的基础上,给予抗癌药膏系统辨证应用穴位贴敷;对照组对症及营养支持治疗。2组均以30 d为1疗程,连续3个月,3个月后观察癌瘤病灶变化情况、生存质量(kps)评分,体重改变情况。结果治疗组在瘤体稳定率、体重改善情况及生存质量评分方面均优于对照组。结论抗癌药膏系统辨证应用穴位贴敷能够缓解肺癌患者的临床症状,提高生存质量,一定程度上延长生存期。中医药外用治疗肺癌有着广泛的应用前景。

Objective To observe the curative effect of the anticancer plaster system dialectical application of Chinese drugs at the acupoint on the treatment of advanced lung cancer. Methods The 64 patients of advanced lung cancer were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group （2 groups both have 32 patients）. Patients of the treatment group were treated by conventional treatment and anticancer plaster system dialectical application of Chinese drugs at the acupoints, and patients of the control group were treated by conventional treatment. Patients of the 2 groups were treated 30 d for a course, 3 courses totally. Then the changes of tumor size, quality of life scores （ kps）, and body weight of the patients were observed. Results The treatment group was better than the control group in stabling tumor, keeping body weight and improving quality of life scores. Conclusion It can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with lung cancer, improve the quality of life and prolong the survival period by anticancer plaster system dialectical application of Chinese drugs at the acupoints. It proves that traditional Chinese medicine treatment of external have a wide application prospect for treating lung cancer.
