为制备出接近人类慢性过敏性哮喘特征的大鼠模型提供研究基础.本文总结国内外近年来慢性过敏性哮喘大鼠模型的建立方法,从模型大鼠品系的选择、造模方法、模型评价等几个方面来综述.
To establishment the chronic allergic asthma model, which was similar to chronic human asthma, this paper summarized the rat models of chronic allergic asthma established in recent years, from several aspects such as rat strains, methods, and evaluation of model.
