摘要
双相钢是汽车减重的重要材料,目前已经获得广泛应用。应用要求双相钢不仅要具有较低的碳当量,还要求在同一抗拉强度级别下有不同屈服强度级别。以低碳当量的980 MPa级试验用钢为研究对象,研究其相变动力学和工艺参数对力学性能的影响,探索通过控制工艺参数来获得双相钢不同屈服强度级别的可能性。
Abstract:Dual phase steel is an important choice of materials for weight reducing of auto body and has received wide applications in automotive industry. The preferred properties of dual phase steel include not only low carbon equivalence but also various yield stress levels at the same tensile strength grade to meet different applications. In this article, a low carbon experimental steel is studied on its phase transformation and annealing parameters to investigate the possibility of obtaining different yield stress grades by manipulating the annealing technology.
