摘要
对高炉渣的微细粉立式磨粉机进行变参数设计时,需对其关键零部件进行结构改变与材质替换,而这种修改直接影响变参数磨粉机的工作可靠性与稳定性,急需通过科学方法对所有关键零部件进行力学性能参数分析与校核论证。基于此,以该设备结构特性与工况特性为基础,对立式磨粉机的核心零部件进行三维数值仿真分析与理论分析,明确变参数后的设备工作可靠性,为该设备的灵活变参数设计提供合理的技术支撑。
Abstract:A company is ready to design a fine powder vertical milling machine for blast furnace slag, however, because different object with the condition differences, the parameter must be changed to meet these new different condition, especially the design scheme of those key parts' s structural and material need to change, while such modifications directly affect the reliability and stability of the changed parameters mill, so it's urgent to adopt a scientific method to analy and check the mechanical parameters of all the key components. The three-dimensional numerical simulation has been used to analysis and check the core components of the vertical milling machine base on the structural characteristics of the device and the characteristics of the working conditions, successfully use reasonable analysis equipment in this article provide a full technical support for subsequent analysis.
