宝钢一炼钢渣处理综合改造工程(一期)沉淀池深基坑围护结构数值分析及风险控制

摘要 宝钢一炼钢渣处理综合改造工程(一期)沉淀池深基坑施工环境复杂,设计底板外形尺寸为51.75 m×25.80 m,开挖深度达6.9 m。运用同济启明星软件进行基坑支护数值分析,确定采用钢板桩围护加两道钢支撑的支护方案。通过基坑监测值与软件计算值的对比,验证了方案的可行性。还对深基坑施工过程主要危险源辨识以及应急预案制定等进行了系统阐述。 Abstract:It is very difficult to construct the flow tank deep foundation pit in Baosteel first steelworks slag processing renovation engineering (first phase ). The design base plate shape dimension is 51.75 m long, 25.80 m wide, its excavation depth reaches - 6.9 m. In this paper, Tongji Qimingxing software has been used to numerical analysising of the shoring system. The final identified program is utilizing steel sheet pile enclosure and two steel support. Via the contradistinction analysis of foundation measured values and the theoretical calculation values, It has been certificated that the foundation shoring program is feasible. In addition, it has been summarized systematically about the main hazards identification in deep foundation pit construction process, the emergency plan formulation and etc in this paper.
