摘要
利用电磁搅拌对镁合金AZ91的组织进行研究,通过控制搅拌频率、幅度等参数实现对不同镁合金金相组织的球化,并对球化效果进行对比,确定了AZ91镁合金电磁搅拌参数的控制流程,实现了对AZ91镁合金材料的微观组织结构的控制。
Using electromagnetic stirring technology, the microstructure of AZ91 magnesium alloy was studied by controlling the mixing frequency, amplitude and other parameters, to achieve the microstructure of magnesium alloy with different balling effect, and their balling effects were compared. Then according to the test results, the control flow of electromagnetic stirring parameters for AZ91 magnesium alloy was determined to realize the microstructure control of AZ91 magnesium alloy.
