预埋铜管铜水套凝固过程模拟仿真 被引量:2

Simulation on Solidification Process of Copper Water Jacket by Embeding Copper Pipe Method

摘要 为得到预埋铜管与本体良好熔合的浇注温度和通入冷却气体流速,对预埋铜管铜水套进行铸造工艺设计并建立数学模型,设置初始条件和边界条件后,采用Anycasting软件对其进行模拟仿真。结果表明,浇注温度在1 150~1 200℃,冷却气体流速在0.3~0.7 m/s时,预埋铜管与铸件本体能够良好的熔合。 In order to get pouring temperature and cooling gas flow rate for good fusion of embedded copper pipe and body, a casting process for copper water jacket by embedding brass pipe was designed and a mathematical model was established. After setting initial conditions and boundary conditions, the casting process was simulated using Anycasting software. The simulation results show that, when pouring temperature is at 1 150~1 200 ℃ and cooling gas flow rate is at 0.3~0.7 m/s, a good fusion of embedded copper pipe and body can be obtained.
