摘要 从化学成分、熔铸工艺、均匀化退火、轧制工艺等方面,对罐盖用5182铝合金的生产工艺进行了阐述。在试验条件下,产品性能、板形能够达到罐盖用5182铝合金的要求。 The production process for can lid sheet of 5182 aluminum alloy was described from the aspects of chemical composition, semi-continuous casting, homogenizing annealing and rolling. Under the experimental conditions, the mechanical properties and sheet shape of the product can achieve the requirements of 5182 aluminum alloy for can lid sheet.
