摘要
目的:观察太行山猕猴锁骨颅面观和背面观弯曲特征。方法:对51例成年猕猴锁骨弯曲值进行测量。数据分析采用SPSS19.0。结果:猕猴锁骨颅面观投射特征是1个明显内弯曲(10.2)和1个较小外弯曲(5.7),背面观是1个明显下弯曲(13.8)和1个不明显上弯曲(5.O)。颅面观弯曲值和背面观弯曲值之间存在相关性。锁骨长与4个弯曲值之间没有相关性。结论:猕猴锁骨弯曲度特征是颅面观内弯曲明显,背面观下弯曲明显,推测锁骨形态与他们的行为习性有关。
Objective: To observe clavicular curvatures in cranial view and dorsal view in Macaca mulatta from the Taihang Mountain, and compare clavicular morphology among different extant primates. Materials and Methods .. Specimens used in this study consisted of 51 skeletons (16 males and 35 females). Methods included the assessment of clavicular curvatures projected on two perpendicular planes that can be assessed overall as cranial and dorsal primary curvatures. SPSS (19.0) was used for statistical analysis. Results: For Macaca mulatta, in cranial view, clavicles were characterized by a pronounced internal (10.2) curvature and a slight external one (5.7) ; and in dorsal view, clavicles were characterized by a pronounced an inferior (13.8) one and a slight superior one (5.0). There were significant correlations between the curvatures in cranial view and those in dorsal view; but there were not any correlation between clavicle length and four clavicular curvatures. Conclusion: In Macaca mulatta, the clavicle has a pronounced internal curvature in cranial view and a pronounced inferior curvature in dorsal view, The results suggest that the clavicular morphology of Macaca rnulatta is related to both the habitual behavior and the mode of locomotion.
