小批量产品的生产存贮控制模型

The Production—Inventory Control Model of Small Lot Products

本文指出,小批量产品不满足长期生产条件,因而采用经典E.O.Q模型控制其生产存贮是不适宜的。为了确定小批量产品的最佳生产存贮策略,本文提出了一种新的经济批量模型,并给出了它的解析解。此外,本文还给出了一个应用实例,以便说明运用这一模型的方法和效益。

It is proved that the classical E.O.Q model is not suitable to the production-inventory control of the small lot pr oducts which is unsatisfied with the long-term producing condition. A new mathematical model ana its analytic solution are provided to defermine the optimal production-inventory control policy of the small lot products. In addition, a practical example is given to show the Process and benefit of applying the model.
