唇腭裂正畸治疗研究的新进展 被引量：5

摘要 唇腭裂目前是我国位列第一的新生儿出生缺陷,畸形累及唇、鼻、齿槽、硬腭及软腭,损害患者的呼吸、吮吸、吞咽、咀嚼和发音功能,由于先天组织缺损、生长发育缺陷及手术创伤等常产生严重的颌面发育畸形,对患者身心健康造成不良影响.唇腭裂的多学科治疗已经广泛开展几十年,不同的唇腭裂治疗中心在治疗程序和治疗方法上存在不同,但是多年来各中心仍在不断探索和改进.
