适形放疗联合顺铂、氟尿嘧啶同步化疗治疗食管癌的近期及远期效果评估

Short-term and long-term impact assessment of conformal radiotherapy combined with cisplatin, fluorouracil with concurrent chemotherapy treatment of esophageal cancer

目的：分析比较后程加速超分割适形放疗联合顺铂、氟尿嘧啶同步化疗治疗食管癌的近期及远期效果。方法选取56例食道癌，并且将患者分为对照组和研究组两组，每组各28例，其中对照组采用顺铂、氟尿嘧啶化疗，研究组即后程加速超分割适形放疗联合顺铂、氟尿嘧啶同步化疗组。结果在总生存率和无瘤生存率方面，研究组与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义；研究组Ⅲ级急性食管炎、骨髓抑制这两种急性毒副发生率高于对照组；在食管狭窄和肺纤维化这两种晚期并发症上，两组差异无统计学意义。结论后程加速超分割适形放疗联合顺铂、氟尿嘧啶同步化疗治疗食管癌，虽然对患带来急性反应，但对于远期毒副反应没有明显影响，在无瘤生存率和总体生存率方面比对照组高出1~5年。

Objective To compare the short-term and long-term impact assessment of conformal radiotherapy combined with cisplatin,fluorouracil with concurrent chemotherapy treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods 56 cases of esophageal cancer were divided into two groups,each group 28 cases,the control groups were used cisplatin,fluorouracil,the study group were used that course accelerated hyperfractionated conformal radiotherapy combined with cisplatin,fluorouracil. Results In overall survival and disease-free survival,the study group had no difference with the control group.Research group with stage Ⅲ acute esophagitis,myelosuppression high acute toxicity of these two occurred were higher than the control group.Esophagus stenosis and pulmonary fibrosis on two late complications,had no difference. Conclusion The course accelerated hyperfractionated conformal radiotherapy combined with cisplatin,fluorouracil concurrent chemotherapy esophageal cancer,although causes acute reactions, but it had no significant effect on the long-term toxicity,the disease-free survival and overall survival rate 1-5 years higher than the control group.
