SA7000毛细管模式血浆黏度质控物研究探讨

摘要 目的探讨蒸馏水、-80℃冰箱保存混合血浆作为SA7000毛细管血浆黏度质控在SA7000测定的可行性,从而确保标本检测结果的准确可靠。方法蒸馏水、-80℃冰箱保存混合血浆作为SA7000毛细管血浆黏度质控物,连续测定3个月。结果蒸馏水和-80℃冰箱保存混合血浆在SA7000毛细管法测定血浆黏度具有很好的稳定性。结论蒸馏水可作为SA7000毛细管血浆黏度低值质控物,性质稳定,-80℃保存的混合血浆可作为SA7000毛细管血浆黏度质控物,性质稳定。 Objective To explore the feasibility of distilled water, -80℃ refrigerator mixed plasma as SA7000 capillary plasma viscosity control in SA7000 measurement,so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results of specimens. Methods Distilled water,-80 ℃ refrigerator mixed plasma as SA7000 capillary plasma viscosity control material,Continuous Determination three months. Results Distilled water and-80℃refrigerator mixed plasma in SA7000 plasma viscosity by capillary method has good stability. Conclusion Distilled water can be used as SA7000 capillary plasma viscosity low quality control materials,stable,-85℃preservation mixed plasma can be used as quality control material SA7000 capillary plasma viscosity,stable.
