Psychological nursing care in patients with graft versus host disease after liver transplantation

目的：探讨肝移植术后移植物抗宿主的心理护理。方法回顾性分析2008年2月～2013年2月期间我院期间收治6例肝移植术后GVHD患者在常规基础护理下开展心理护理支持的临床资料。结果6例肝移植术后GVHD患者心理干预后，其MSSNS量表评分明显低于干预前（P＜0.01）。结论对肝移植术后移植物抗宿主患者开展心理护理，可最大限度调动患者求生的欲望，消除心理顾忌，保持良好稳定的情绪，并以积极乐观的心态，积极配合治疗，淡然面对生死。

Objective To explore the psychological nursing care in patients with graft versus host disease（GVHD） after liver transplantation. Methods Clinical data of six patients with GVHD who received psychological support besides the routine nursing care after liver transplantation in our hospital from February 2008 to February 2013 was retrospectively analyzed. Results The MSSNS score of six GVHD patients after intervention was significantly lower than that before psychological nursing care （P ＆lt; 0.01）. Conclusion Psychological nursing care should be given to the patients with GVHD after liver transplantation, which can help them to reignite their desires to live, overcome physiological barriers, keep stable emotion and positive attitudes, become more cooperative with the treatment and more indifferent in the face of death.
