摘要 目的:探讨特色教育在门诊患者健康教育的中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月~2013年1月青海省西宁市第三人民医院的80例门诊患者,完全随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规常规健康教育,研究组在对照组基础上给予特色健康教育。观察比较两组患者的健康教育知识知晓率、依从性以及满意度。结果研究组疾病知识、护理知识、饮食知识、康复锻炼知识、保健知识等情况的知晓率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组遵医嘱服药、主动康复锻炼、遵守饮食原则和自我保护意识的依从性比率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组满意度为95.0%,对照组满意度为82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特色教育有利于提高门诊患者的健康教育知识知晓率、依从性以及满意度。 Objective To discuss the application effect of characteristic education on health education of outpatient. Methods 80 outpatient of the Third People's Hospital of Xining City from Janurury 2012 to Janurury 2013 were selected and divided into research group and control group, each group had 40 cases. Control group was given routine health education, and research group was given characteristic education. The awareness rate of health education, compliance and satisfaction of two groups were observed and compared. Results There were significant differences on awareness rate of disease knowledge, nursing knowledge, diet knowledge, rehabilitation exercise knowledge and health knowledge between two group (P<0.05). There were significant differences on compliance rate of prescribed medication, active rehabilitation exercise, adhering to the principle of diet and self-protection awareness between two groups (P < 0.05). Satisfaction of research group was 95.0%, control group was 82.5%, there was significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Characteristic education is beneficial to improve the awareness rate of health education, compliance and satisfaction of outpatient.
