摘要
公立医院改革是新医改方案非常重要的一部分,随着市场经济体制的逐步完善,改革的发展将越来越受到医院管理水平的影响。因此,聘用职业化院长构建管理体系已经成为改革的关键。本文通过研究如何建立职业化院长的绩效考核指标框架,分析如何完善医院管理团队的职业化,从而为提高医院管理职能和效益提出建议。
The reformation of public hospital is a very important part of China's new medical reform program. And with the gradually improving of the economic system, the hospital management will affect the building and developing of reformation directly. So employ the professionals to manage hospital issues has become the cure of the reform implement. This paper studied how to build the index system of performance evaluation for the professional hospital directors, analyzed how to improve the hospital manager team. The final purpose is to provide suggestions to improving the function of public hospital's management and efficiency.
