摘要
目的：正确掌握睾丸扭转的临床特点，降低睾丸扭转的坏死率。方法回顾性分析我院2009年1月～2013年7月收治的34例睾丸扭转坏死患者的临床资料。结果34例患者中，29例入院前有误诊情况。结论普及医疗常识，患者到正规医院专科医生诊治，能减少失睾率。
Objective To grasp the clinical features of testicular torsion,reduce the necrosis rate of testicular torsion. Methods 34 patients with testicular torsion of necrosis during January 2009 and July 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results 29 cases were misdiagnosed prior to admission. Conclusion Popular the medical sense,timely to diplomate make a diagnosis and treatment can reduce testicular resection.
