大型火电项目建设成本影响因素分析评价及对策研究

THE ANALYSIS TO THE INFLUENCE FACTORS OF THE COST OF LARGE-SCALE FIRE POWER PROJECTS AND THE STUDY TO THE CONTROL TACTICS

本文结合近年来华东、华北十个大型火电建设项目的建设实践,对火电项目建设成本的影响因素进行了系统的定性定量分析。根据分析结果,本文提出了一种新的火电项目建设成本影响因素重要度因果分析图。针对火电项目建设成本的主要影响因素,作者提出了相应的控制对策。

Combined with the constructive practice of ten large—scale fire power projects of late years in east and North China, the paper made a system qualitative and quantitative analysis for the factors influencing the large-scale fire power projects.According to the analysis results, the paper put forward a new importance—aegree causality graph for the cost of the projects.To counter the major factors, the author raises the relevant control tactics for them.
