摘要
目的探讨脑梗死患者血清IL-6、脂联素和颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性。方法选择脑梗死患者42例为脑梗死组,另选择健康体检者40例为对照组。分别检测两组IL-6、脂联素水平,并测量颈动脉内中膜厚度。分析血清IL-6、脂联素水平与颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性。结果脑梗死组和对照组比较血清IL-6和脂联素水平均具有显著差异(P<0.01)。相关性分析显示血清脂联素水平IMT呈负相关(r=-0.743,P<0.01)。血清IL-6水平与IMT呈正相关(r=0.533,P<0.01)。结论脑梗死患者血清IL-6水平显著升高,而脂联素水平显著下降,与IMT具有相关性。
Objective To discuss association of serum IL-6, adiponectin and IMT in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Forty-two cases with cerebral infarction were selected as cerebral infarction group, and healthy volunteers of 40 cases as control group. IL-6 and adiponectin were detected and IMT was measured. Association of serum IL-6, adiponectin and IMT was analyzed. Results Levels of serum IL-6, adiponectin in cerebral infarction group showed significant difference with control group （P ＆lt; 0.01）. Adiponectin showed negative correlation with IMT（r=-0.743, P＆lt;0.01）. IL-6 showed positive correlation with IMT（r=0.533, P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusion Serum IL-6 level in patients with cerebral infarction increases apparently, and adiponectin decreases apparently. Both of them show correlation with IMT.
