宫外孕腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗分析

Analysis on therapeutic effect of laparoscopy and laparotomy in treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的：探讨腹腔镜手术和开腹手术治疗宫外孕的效果，以供参考。方法选择2011年8月～2013年7月我院宫外孕患者94例作为研究对象，随机分组。A组接受开腹手术治疗，B组接受腹腔镜手术治疗。对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间的差异性。结果与A组比较发现，B组患者术中出血量较少，住院时间较短，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对比两组手术时间发现，两组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕疗效满意，具有创伤小、恢复快等优点，值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 94 patients with the ectopic pregnancy treated in this hospital from August 2011 to July 2013 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in group A received the laparotomy, while patients in group B received laparoscopy. Their operation time, intraoperative hematoma volume and hospitalization time were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with group A, patients in group B had less hematoma volume and shorter hospitalization time, with the statistical difference（P ＆lt; 0.05）. There was no statistical difference in the operation time of two groups （P ＆gt; 0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopy has advantages of satisfactory therapeutic effect, little operation trauma and rapid recovery, which is worthy to be popularized in the clinical practice.
