神经内科偏瘫患者综合性康复治疗的临床分析

Clinical analysis on comprehensive rehabilitative treatment in patients with hemiplegia in neurology department

目的：探讨施行综合性康复疗法治疗神经内科偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法选择2011年7月~2013年5月接收的76例神经内科偏瘫患者，将其随机分为对照组和实验组，每组38例患者，两组患者分别给予神经内科常规药物治疗、综合性神经康复治疗。分别使用汉米尔顿抑郁和临床神经功能缺陷量表评定和比较两组患者的疗效。结果分析两组患者的HAMD 评分及临床神经功能缺损程度评分，在治疗前和治疗1周后两组患者的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；而实验组患者在接受治疗3周后的各项评分均明显高于对照组患者，两组之间的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论施行综合性康复性疗法能明显改善神经内科偏瘫患者神经功能缺损、有效缓解患者表现出的抑郁症状，值得在今后的临床治疗中推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitative treatment in patients with hemiplegia in neurology department. Methods 76 patients with hemiplegia were received in neurology department from July 2011 to May 2013, who were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, and each group had 38 patients. The patients in the two groups were given routine neurology drugs treatment and comprehensive neural rehabilitation treatment. The curative effect of patients in the two groups were evaluated by using Hamilton depression and clinical neural function defect scale respectively and compared. Results The differences were not significant in the HAMD score and clinical neural function defect score before the treatment and after 1 week of the treatment between the two groups（P ＆gt; 0.05）; While the scores after 3 weeks of the treatment in the experimental group were significantly higher than in the control group, the differences were statistically significant between the two groups（P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can obviously improve the neural function defect of patients with hemiplegia in neurology department, effectively alleviate the depression symptom of patients, and is used widely in clinical treatment in the future.
