语音评估在腭裂外科治疗中的应用

Application and Discussion of Speech Intelligibility Evaluation in the Cleft Palate Surgery

本文根据我国语音师的工作特点和腭裂临床治疗需求,论述了在目前腭裂语音师培养与发展过程中,开展语音评估的意义。认为语音评估应是语音师的主要职责,需加强其语音评估能力的建设。本文报道了语音评估标准化流程,及其在腭裂外科治疗中初步应用的结果。

In order to deepen understanding the functions of speech evaluation in treatments of cleft palate, this paper focused on discussion the cleft palate speech pathologist training and development process, according to characteristics of Chinese speech pathologist job and demand of clinical treatment of cleft palate at present. And the meaning of the evaluation of speech was carried out, that speech intelligibility evaluation should be the main function of speech division, the construction of the ability to assess speech shouht be strengthened. A speech evaluation standardization process was reeommended, preliminary speech evaluation in the cleft palate surgery and the application results were reported.
