摘要 目的 :探讨牙周病患者拔牙后即刻种植的可行性,手术步骤及临床效果。方法 :40例牙周病患者,拔除患牙后即刻植入48枚种植体,术后随访2年,通过分析种植体的存留率、牙周探诊深度、美学评分、种植体颈部骨吸收等临床参数,评价术后效果。结果:2年内共有3枚种植体脱落,成功率为94%,其余种植体在临床工作中正常行使功能,随访期内各项检查参数均保持稳定。结论:只要对拔牙窝进行严格的清创处理,去除感染源,并保证种植体有良好的初期稳定性,牙周病患者即刻种植也可取得良好效果。 Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical success rate of implants placed in fresh extraction sockets, which showed clinical signs of periodontal disease. Methods: Forty patients (25 males and 15 females) with 48 immediate implant placements were included in this study. Clinical parameters such as presence or absence of mobility, probing depth, pink esthetic score, and the distance from implant shoulder to the first bone implant contact were used to evaluated their outcomes at 24 month postoperation. Results: At the end of 24-month follow-up period, 3 implants was lost, success rate was 94%. The other parameters were found stable during the follow-up period. Conclusion: On the basis of adequate pre- and postoperative care was taken, immediate implant placement into infected sockets seems to be practicable.
