维生素D可助减轻痛经
摘要
据美国国家科学院学报（PNAS）网站（2012-03-05）报道，来自意大利的小型随机研究指出，有严重痛经的女性在月经来之前，服用高剂量的维生素D可减轻痛经。这项研究选取40名在过去6个月中至少有4个月经痛困扰的女性，但排除曾经或正在使用子宫内避孕器者，并将她们分为两组，一组20名女性在月经来之前的5d，每日给予单次剂量30万IU/dose的维生素D3服用，另一组20名为安慰剂组。
