食管超声心动图检测左心耳血栓假阳性原因 被引量：3

摘要 经食管超声心动图（transesophageal echocardiography，TEE）是检测左心房及左心耳（1eft atrial appendage，LAA）血栓的金标准，其阳性率明显高于经胸超声、CT等检测方法^[1]，鉴于其较高的阳性检测率，推测有可能存在一定的假阳性，但关于经食管卢心动图诊断血栓中可能出现的假阳性问题罕有报道。徐州市中心医院在两年来经食管超声初诊左心耳血栓阳性患者中选取低风险患者由两名高年资医师复查经食管超声以检测是否有假阳件，
