摘要 表观遗传指所有不通过DNA序列改变就能影响基因表达的、可遗传的调控方式,包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、染色质重塑和微小RNA(miRNA)等。骨质疏松的发生与环境和遗传因素的相互作用密不可分,其中涉及多种表观遗传调控机制。 Epigenetics is involved in heritable modifications such as DNA methylation, histone modification, chro matin remodeling, as well as miRNA, without changes in DNA sequence. It has been shown that occurence of oste oporosis is closely related to the interactions between the genome and enviroment, in which epigenetic regulation plays an important role.
