乳头状汗管囊腺癌一例
摘要
患者男，60岁，发现右面部结节7年就诊于我科。患者于7年前右面部出现米粒大小灰白色丘疹，无临床症状，未予治疗，逐渐增大，近两月瘤体迅速增大，至鸽蛋大小，中央出现绿豆大小溃疡，并可见少量淡黄色及血性渗出物，自行外用莫匹罗星软膏、地塞米松软膏等药物，无明显好转。
