One case of Bart's syndrome

报告1例Bart综合征。患儿男,8 d。出生后左下肢皮肤缺损。左下肢膝关节至左足背大面积皮肤缺损,双手指背分布水疱。系统检查未见异常。诊断为Bart综合征。

An eight-day-old boy had absence of skin on left lower extremity at birth. A large area of skin defects was over his left knee to dorsal foot. Blisters were seen on dorsal fingers of both hands. Systemic examination showed normal. The diagnosis is Bart＇s syndrome.
