摘要
目的探讨进驻高海拔地区血小板活化程度及血栓素A2 (TXA2 )与前列环素 (PGI2 )的代谢产物血栓素B2 (TXB2 )和 6 酮 前列腺素F1α( 6 Keto PGF1α)的变化。方法对从平原进驻海拔 5380m高原第 7天及半年的 2 0名青年进行血浆α 颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP 1 40 )、TXB2 、Keto PGF1α、血管性假血友病因子(vWF)及纤维蛋白原 (Fg)检测 ,并与 2 0名平原健康青年作对照。结果进驻海拔 5380m高原第 7天及半年较平原GMP 1 40、TXB2 、TXB2 /6 Keto PGF1α(T/K)、vWF、Fg均显著增高 ,6 Keto PGF1α显著降低(P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。进驻 5380m第 7天较半年GMP 1 40、TXB2 、T/K、vWF及Fg显著增高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,6 Keto PGF1α显著降低 (P <0 .0 5)。结论高原低氧促使血小板活化 ,TXA2 合成增加和 (或 )PGI2生成减少导致TXA2 /PGI2 平衡失调 ,参与了低氧性肺动脉高压的形成。
Objective To explore the platelet activation level and the changes of thromboxane B 2(TXB 2) and 6 Keto Prostaglandin F 1α (6 Keto PGF 1α )which are metabolites of thromboxane A 2 (TXA 2) and prostacyclin (PGI 2)under altitude condition. Method Levels of GMP 140,TXB 2,6 Keto PGF 1α ,TXB 2/6 Keto PGF 1α (T/K),vWF and Fg in serum were examined in 20 healthy young adults on the 7th day after ascending to an altitude of 5380 m from sea level and after stayed there for 6 months.The data were compared with those at sea level. Result The levels of GMP 140,TXB 2,T/K,vWF and Fg were remarkably higher at 5380 m altitude on the 7th day and after stayed for 6 months than at sea level.While the level of 6 Keto PGF 1α were decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion High altitude hypoxia,platelet activation,overproduction of TXA 2,and decrease of PGI 2 lead to imbalance of TXA 2/PGI 2 and appeared to be associated with the development of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
