强脉冲光和调Q倍频Nd-YAG激光治疗面部雀斑的疗效比较

Comparison of the efficacy of intense pulsed light and Q-switched Nd-YAG frequency doubling laser in the treatment of facial freckles

目的:探讨治疗雀斑的有效方法。方法:随机将67例雀斑患者分为2组。A组采用强脉冲光(IPL)治疗;B组采用调Q倍频Nd-YAG 532 nm激光治疗。观察两组患者的平均治疗次数。治疗结束随访24个月,每3个月复诊1次,观察两组的复发率及末次回访时患者的满意度调查。结果:两组的平均治疗次数分别为3.81次和1.77次,两组的复发率分别为47%和26%,两组的平均治疗次数及复发率比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),两组的总满意率分别为84%和91%。结论:雀斑的临床治疗中调Q倍频Nd-YAG532 nm激光较IPL疗效更为确切,远期效果更优。

Objective： To explore an effective approach to treat freckles. Methods： Sixty-seven patients with freckles were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in group A were treated with Intense Pulsed Light （IPL） while patients in group B treated with Q-frequency Nd-YAG 532 nm laser. The average treatment times were compared between the two groups. Patients were followed-up every three months up to 24 months. Recurrence and patient＇s satisfaction rates were assessed at the last visit. Results： The average treatment times for IPL and Nd-YAG were 3.81 and 1.77 times, respectively （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rates for IPL and Nd-YAG were 47% and 26%, respectively （P 〈 0.05）. Total satisfaction rates for IPL and Nd-YAG were 84% and 91%, respectively. Conclusions： Q-switch Nd-YAG 532 nm laser is more effective and better long-term effect for treating freckles as compared with IPL.
